PRODUCTION PROCESS AND PRODUCT COLORS

Art prints, greeting cards, and notecards are printed in our studio on acid-free papers and shipped directly to you from Florida. Items like mugs, cell phone cases, puzzles, wrapping paper, etc. are printed by our favorite vendors who specialize in those items. I make every effort to color match printed pieces to the original art, however what you see on your smartphone or computer/laptop/tablet screen could be slightly different depending on how your screen is calibrated. You assume this risk when placing an online order.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards through a secure shopping cart. You can also pay through ApplePay when placing orders from your smartphone. Your payment is processed as soon as your order is placed, and you’ll see the charge appear as “A Little Hello” on your credit or debit card statement.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production time is different from, and in addition to, shipping time. Products are made to order, and except for a few items that are not printed in-house, like mugs, cell phone cases, puzzles, wrapping paper, and similar products, everything ships directly from the studio in Clermont, FL, typically within three business days. If for any reason the three-day production time cannot be met (like, if your order is substantially large or we experience an influx of orders), you will be notified by email. It’s just me hand-producing, packing, and shipping, so larger orders might take an extra day to package.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, orders ship from the studio in Clermont, Florida, which is just west of Orlando. We ship Priority USPS at a flat rate of $6 for all US orders. Priority USPS typically takes 2-3 days, depending on where you are in the U.S. Shipping fees are not refundable. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping times will vary for orders being shipped directly from the manufacturer, like with mugs, cell phone cases, puzzles, etc., and can take up to 14 business days from the day you place your order. Tracking numbers will be provided so you can keep an eye on your package’s progress.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available on Sundays at our booth at the Downtown Clermont Farmers Market. For local pickup, online orders must be placed before 5 p.m. East on Thursdays. Orders will be ready to pick up between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sundays.

Orders not picked up will be brought back to our studio, at which time we will reach out to arrange another Sunday pickup or to schedule shipping. Shipping charges will apply.

Orders not picked up within 30 days of placing the online order will be considered abandoned and are nonrefundable.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders. Because tracking numbers are generated before the package has been scanned for delivery, it may take a few hours before you see updated tracking information from the carrier. LATE, AND LOST PACKAGES

Once a package leaves our studio, we rely on the carriers to manage and deliver your package. With the current environment, packages may take a little longer than they used to. The tracking information will provide you with the most accurate arrival date. If packages become lost in transit, as indicated by the tracking number, contact me at he***@al************.com .

DAMAGED ITEMS

To receive replacements for products damaged during shipping, email a photo, description of the damage, and your order number within 48 hours of receipt to he***@al************.com . Damage claims made after 48 hours of receipt are not accepted, and items will not be replaced.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order is missing an item, or if you received an incorrect item, contact me upon receipt of the package at he***@al************.com with your name and order number. The items will be exchanged and/or replaced.

ORDER CANCELLATION

With the exception of custom art, if you decide to cancel your order before it has shipped, I will happily provide you with a refund. If the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

All sales are final. Unless an item is damaged or you receive an incorrect product, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an item has shipped are accepted. Custom art cannot be returned or refunded. Local pickup orders not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and nonrefundable.
