Hi, I’m Dawn Mancuso, watercolor artist, designer, and founder of A Little Hello Co.—a playfully sophisticated stationery brand known for our vibrant, feminine, super cute, hand painted floral patterns and illustrations.
The right stationery can transform how you organize, plan, and create. That’s why I’m committed to making stationery designed for real life, with layouts that work for you, premium materials that last, and unique designs you’ll actually love using—whether that’s for managing your day, a business, a household, staying in touch, or making space for creativity.
Every product you see—from planners and notepads to stickers, notecards, and wall calendars—begins with an original watercolor painting and a whole lot of intention. I design each piece with the simple goal of adding something useful and meaningful to your day.
Throughout my career, my artwork has appeared in Brides Magazine, The Knot, Rhode Island Monthly, the Today Show, and Martha Stewart Living Magazine.
HOW IT STARTED
With degrees in design and photography, I spent decades working in the fast-paced world of marketing for companies like Disney, Tupperware, and Universal. But like so many, I lost my corporate job during the pandemic. To stay creative, I stepped away from computer-generated art and started painting with watercolor every day. Soon, what began as a personal creative outlet quickly grew into something much larger.
As the world emerged from lockdown, I started selling my paintings at local farmers markets and galleries. The overwhelming demand for art prints, greeting cards, notebooks, and stickers led me to expand into handmade stationery. By 2024, I had grown again, launching a collection of planners, notepads, and tools designed to help you stay organized, inspired, and deeply connected to the things that matter most to you.
The name, A Little Hello, is also a nod to what we experienced during the pandemic. I would send my family text messages that started with “just a little hello…,” to stay in touch when we weren’t able to visit in person.
In addition to my background in art and design, I’m also a classically trained chef and nutrition educator and worked as a research and development chef and food photographer in tandem with my marketing positions. I’ve appeared on Food Network, Fox News, Martha Stewart Living Radio, Emeril, the Daily Buzz, and have multiple gold and silver medals for my professional cooking and recipes. When I’m not painting, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking gourmet meals for family and friends and working on my latest cookbook that focuses on cooking with food allergies.
Thank you for being here and for choosing A Little Hello. Here’s to super cute stationery and making each “hello” a bit more meaningful.
